What is Jia Nest, exactly?

Jia Nest is an all-in-one property management app for individual landlords with 1โ€“5 rental properties. It combines leasing, rent collection, accounting, banking, and maintenance management in one place โ€” so you can stop juggling five different tools and a spreadsheet. "Jia" (ๅฎถ) means "home" in Chinese.

How is this different from Stessa or Avail?

Stessa is great for accounting but has no leasing or proper tenant portal. Avail is good all-around but accounting is basic and there's no banking. TurboTenant has great leases but weak books. Jia Nest is the first true all-in-one โ€” we do everything well so you only need one app. No more patching together tools that don't talk to each other.
